OAKMONT, PA  – Chelsea Building Products, Inc. has acquired the assets for the Everlast® Polymeric Cladding System, including the brand and full distribution rights from American Builders and Contractors Supply Co., Inc. (“ABC Supply”).  With this acquisition, Chelsea Building Products will be the sole manufacturer/marketer of the Everlast® Polymeric Cladding products.
